1. Registration
Users must create an account with accurate personal information. Upon registration, you will receive an OTP for activation. You declare that:
- Information provided is truthful and current
- You won't share your credentials with others
- You will maintain account security
2. Service Scope
Riverline aims to help users understand their credit health and improve credit ratings. Our services focus on analyzing credit reports and recommending improvement actions.
Note: We provide analysis and recommendations, not guarantees. Credit scores are calculated differently by various credit information companies, and outcomes depend on factors beyond our control.
3. Permitted Use
You may access the platform only for personal, non-commercial purposes. The following are prohibited:
- Copying, reproducing, or modifying content
- Uploading illegal or harmful content
- Impersonation or harassment
- Violating intellectual property rights
4. Credit Information Compliance
Unauthorized third-party access to credit information is prohibited under the Credit Information Companies Regulation Act, 2005. Credit data sharing is permitted only with:
- Authorized partners
- Regulated financial institutions
- Service providers under confidentiality obligations
5. Warranties & Limitations
The platform provides services "AS IS" without warranties regarding accuracy or fitness for purpose. Riverline's liability is limited to amounts paid by the user, or zero if no payment occurred.
6. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes are subject to arbitration by a single arbitrator in Bengaluru under Indian law. The arbitration award is final and binding on both parties.
7. Termination
You can terminate your account by contacting support. Riverline can terminate accounts for Terms violations with notice, or immediately suspend accounts for suspected fraud.
8. Grievance Redressal
- Level 1: Customer support (support@riverline.ai) - 24 hours
- Level 2: Support Manager (credit-counselling@riverline.ai) - 48 hours
- Level 3: Grievance Officer (grievance@riverline.ai) - 7 working days
- Level 4: Nodal Officer (credit-counselling@riverline.ai) - 15 working days

9. Governing Law
These terms constitute a binding legal agreement governed by the laws of India. Continued use after modifications implies acceptance of updated terms.
